Pretzels and Bagels from Pizza Dough
Serves: 4 pretzels/bagels
  1. Let the dough rise for about 45 min to 1 hour before you start shaping the pretzels
  2. Preheat oven to 450° F / 232° C degrees
  3. Cut the pizza dough into 4 equal pieces.
  4. Roll each piece either into a pretzel or bagel wshape.
  5. Place the pretzels on a baking sheet and brush them with the egg wash and sprinkle with salt, poppy seeds or sesame seeds if you want.
  6. Bake for about 15 to 20 min or until they are nice and golden brown.
